Elizabeth "Neicey" Thomas was brutally stabbed and killed at the Beach Gate Motel in Colonial Beach, VA, just after 1:am early in the morning in front of several witnesses.

Police said Thomas was in her room with her boyfriend, when William Baker showed up, forced his way in the room and likely stabbed her.  They say Thompson tried to escape and Baker followed. Neighbor heard what was happening and ran outside to help.

"While he was hitting her she was saying, "Please call for help! Please call for help" and by the third time she said it her shirt was completely red and we knew that he was stabbing her."

"And while he was stabbing her, he was like "I told ya I was going to kill you. I told you I was going to kill you and within those few seconds he stabbed her about 8 times and walked away!"

"And when he was done, he just wiped it off, put it in his hoodie and casually walked away like nothing had happened!"

Neicey's faily members said there were warning signs.

"He kept calling and calling and calling," "He threatened calling her, you gonna get yours. F your kids and all that. My mother said to me if anything ever happened to me that I know who did it, but I never thought....I thought she was going to live for a long time."

"I mean he had no remorse," added Douglas, who also said he saw the stabbing happen. "Did not care. He wanted to do this. He wanted to do what he did."

Neicey's family also said William Baker has faced charges before. We found a first degree murder charge in Maryland, but no conviction.  William Baker is now behind bars awaiting arraignment. He faces a First Degree Murder charge and Breaking and Entering with a Weapon with intent to murder. Date: On October 3, 2012.
